Controlling OHSE documents

Lobel Group undertakes to:

• • Maintain an up to date version of this Occupational Health and Safety Environment Management Plan ("the OHSE Plan") as a website.

  • Retain all obsolete elements of the Plan for a minimum of 7 years to demonstrate a record of OHSE management practices.

  • Provide a copy of the current version of the Plan by sharing access to this website all relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain a Distribution Register to record the stakeholders to whom shared access to this website has been provided.

  • Review the Plan at least six months.

  • Ensure all amendments to the Plan are recorded in the two-part Register of Amendments (a proforma of which is shown below).
