Identifying potential hazards

The two-part proforma worksheet shown below lists the categories of potential hazards that Lobel Group typically encounters. We use this to inform our Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for each event-project that we undertake. For each Project, we identify the relevant hazards and address these within the SWMS for that Project.
