Lobel Group inspects the Project work activity(s) and work area(s) on a weekly basis and uses the proforma worksheet as the Workplace Inspection Checklist. Where the inspection relates to an off-site work area, we provide the Principal with a copy of the Workplace Inspection Checklist.
